Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your BibleInfinity account and all associated data. Please note that this action is irreversible and will result in the permanent loss of all your Bible notes, highlights, prayer requests, and AI chat history.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your Bible notes, highlights, bookmarks, prayer requests, community posts, and AI chat history will be permanently removed.
🗑️ Delete from the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the app:
- Open the BibleInfinity app on your device
- Tap the Profile icon in the bottom navigation
- Scroll down to the Account Settings section
- Tap Delete Account
- Read the warning and confirm your decision when prompted
If you're unable to access the app or your account, you can request deletion by email using the contact information below.
What Happens When You Delete
🗑️ Data That Will Be Deleted
- All personal information (name, email, profile)
- Bible notes, highlights, and bookmarks
- Prayer requests and responses
- AI chat history and conversations
- Community posts and interactions
- Reading plans and progress
- App settings and preferences
📋 Data That May Be Retained
- Purchase and billing records (required by law, max 7 years)
- Transaction history for accounting purposes
- Security and fraud prevention logs (limited period)
- Anonymized analytics data (not linked to your identity)
All your personal data will be completely removed from our systems within 30 days of your deletion request. During this period, your account will be deactivated and inaccessible.

If you cannot access the app or prefer to request deletion via email, please send us a message from the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
